To get started the Apartment Store needs a floor plan of your apartment so we can prepare your FREE quote. Give us a true indication of your budget and we will work with it. For a recommended starting budget equivalent to 3.5% of your apartment's market value you can get a complete turn key furniture solution. Alternately, check out our Ready 2 Go apartment furniture packages. We also need a quick brief on the style & look you want to achieve and your colour preference. Plus, an indication of your preferred installation timeframe or deadline.

It will not be possible to physically view each item so confidence in our advice when suggesting your apartment furniture package inclusions is an essential element for the Apartment Store's winning formula. We are happy to liase with any interested purchaser, reassuring them of the added value a furniture package will make to their apartment investment.

The consideration of furniture at such an early stage enables The Apartment Store to advise on electrical & lighting locations including socket points, switches, TV aerials and phone jacks. We also recommend that developers or owners engage our offer to review floor plan layouts and the finishes & fixtures that have been selected for the project. In some cases we may recommend the use of a feature wall colour to enhance the furnished scheme or even a small floor plan improvement. We are happy to do so at no charge to the developer.

Typical time frames
