Our Delivery Policy
At Apartment Store we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible. We offer a FREE delivery service in the Auckland CBD.

Refund And Claims Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully as we are a clearance store. Normally items like beds which are made to order are not refundable. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. In the event of a refund there is a 15% stocking fee. Please follow our return procedure below.
